So yes this is a new oc...well not new but you guys haven't seen her before.
She's Karai's little sister Kumi Saki. She's a "clone" of Teng-Shen and she has some magical DNA injected into her, hence the astral.
Kumi has an older adopted brother named Kyon. Kyon hates Karai and adores Kumi, so he does everything he can to protect her.
Kumi is a neutral party for now, but she'll soon have to pick between Shredder and Splinter.
